Intersted in placing an order? Here’s how:

Get equipped!

We will work with you from beginning to end, from individual consultation on choosing equipment, fitting, assembling, and finally, delivering to you. We’ll follow up with you after you’ve used the equipment for a few months, and consult with you on adjustments you may want or need. Feel free to reach out with questions at any point in the process!

Step One:

Email us to discuss your goals and needs. In some cases, we can meet with you in person to consult on your needs and adaptations.

Step Two:

We’ll create an invoice and send it to you, or to your VA (where applicable) for approval.

Step Three:

We’ll place your order with the manufacturer and keep you updated on shipping.

Step Four:

Once the equipment is in, we assemble it for you in our shop, and set up an in-person delivery date. Note: We deliver in person to locations in the Midwestern US, but can find solutions to (almost) anything! If you live outside of our service area, please contact us anyway. We have connections all over the US and would love to work with you.

Step Five:

Follow up! We’ll contact you within a few months of receiving your stuff to check in and answer questions.
